Avoid this service department. They had my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica for a month, charge $300/hr for labor, and returned it with new damage and more expensive problems.
Unacceptable Timeline: Dropped off 02/16 for warranty work (water pump, head gasket). They added an intake manifold and kept it so long I had to cancel the airbag recall just to get my vehicle back on 03/13.

Consciences team in service members Emily and Steve. Took my truck in for one issue and 30 minutes before my appointment discovered another problem. Both issues were addressed and work completed before the end of the day. The service writers kept me informed via phone calls. Repairs were done well and the truck was cleaned before delivery. York and service advisor were friendly and helpful. They fixed the diagnosed issue in a timely manner and were helpful in lining up a rental car. My only concern is I have a rattle in dash area that now has been to two dealerships and not corrected. I noticed it was not fixed within 1/2 mile of both.

Sean saved me from a potentially catastrophic event with my Ram Diesel.I screwed up majorly and put anti freeze in my power steering reservoir .Sean answered when I called the service dept.and advised me NOT to start the engine and drive it.So I had my truck towed to York on Fri.aftenoon.Sean had it repaired the very next day and an oil change to.It was sn expensive lesson to learn,but Sean made it a whole lot less than it could have been.Thanjs Sean for your help and dedication to the customer.

The preventative service work was performed below the estimated cost. The service technician performed thorough investigations to troubleshoot the source for a MIL warning indications.
